Project Overview

Between the 17th and 19th century the Ugav the Mashrokitha and the Magrefah were mentioned as possible prototypes of the organ.
These instruments or objects are mentioned in the Bible (Ugav, Mashrokitha) and in the Talmud (Magrefah).

Whether or how these musical instruments or objects ever existed is the subject of much debate.
