Suikinkutsu 水琴窟 is a Japanese stone sink harp.
There is a philosophical idea behind it:
the guest of a temple, a shrine or a tea house should be greeted by soothing pleasant music while washing their hands.
The water that flows over his hands then flows into a sound body sunk in the ground and creates calming harmonies.
Of course, you can also activate it with water or enjoy it during a rain shower.

you can use a bamboo tube to amplify the tones right up to your own ear.
