XUN
Xun is a Chinese clay flute with a history of at least 7000 years.
As with many cultures around the world, there have been stone, clay or bone instruments in Chinese culture.
The Xun is a clay flute that has evolved from a practical object to a musical instrument.
The evolution leads from a single blowhole to the 10 or more hole xun flute of today.
There are also variants that have made it to Korea and Japan, in Korea the Xun/Hun is still traditionally played in Confucian ceremonies in the Munmyo Jeryeak.
If you want to learn more about the history of the Xun you can watch the attached YouTube video.
I made some 3D models of the development phases of the Xun, you can find the related references in the YouTube video description.
