Japanese Musical Instruments - part 9/9 Horagai 法螺貝 - The Yamabushi Flute

I modeled

Horagai, the last flute in my Japanese Flute series 9/9, and one of the most interesting.
I made 9 japanese flutes as 3D models and wanted to get to know them a little better.

That's why I thought I would make little videos about how to play them, what they were made from and what story they had.
At the end of this series, I was immersed in Japanese history about mythology, legends, religions, beliefs and people.

Japan just grabbed my soul and showed me some of its passion and I am very grateful for it.
It helped me understand Japan better.

the story of the 9 flutes took me from Amaterasu to noh and kabuki theater, from dragons to spirits, demons and seductresses, to the Nara and edo period, the faudal japan period, to religions and beliefs and much more. A great trip
